The eye exercises is a set of massaging methods based on the manipulation theories and the science of channels and collaterals in traditional Chinese medicine, with physical therapies involved. By massaging acupuncture points around the eyes, eye exercises can boost the circulations of blood and vital energy inside the eyes and improve neurotrophy and therefore ease the tension or cramp of ciliary muscles.

Siba Acupoint
Sibai acupoint is located 2 cm below directly the pupilla, in the pit of the infraorbital foramen.

Taiyang Acupoint
At the temporal part of the head, between the lateral end of the eyebrow and the outer canthus, in the depression one finger breadth behind them.

Press on the Temple ("Taiyang" acupoint) with your thumbs and flex the remaining fingers into a fist position. Use the knuckles of your index fingers to slide over from medial to lateral aspect of the upper eye sockets for the first 4 beats, and continue to do similarly over the lower eye sockets for the second 4 beats of each cycle.
